We stayed at Heliades Residence as a couple in June and had a wonderful time. The property is beautifully designed with a luxurious and modern interior, high-quality furnishings, and excellent amenities, including air conditioning. The pool area is brand new and invites you to relax and cool off — it’s clear that a lot of care has gone into every detail.
Access to the property is secure via code, and everything is managed directly by the owner. Pantelis was incredibly attentive and kind throughout our stay. When I mentioned that I have trouble sleeping at night, he immediately arranged a room upgrade for us — it was handled quickly and with genuine care.
Thank you, Pantelis, for your warm hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed getaway!

Excellent for long term stays. The rooms had everything I needed. The beds are soft but not too soft. There are storm shutters on all the windows that also block out light for uninterrupted sleep. It is a very well designed property and arguably the best place I've ever stayed. I hope it will be available on my next trip to Chania.

It's a bit further away, so it's quiet, which is great. ㅎㅎ There are also many large supermarkets nearby!
And the host is incredibly friendly and responsive. Before check-in, they provide information about the property, nearby attractions, supermarkets, restaurants, and other amenities. I've traveled a lot, but I've never seen such kindness and thoughtfulness in a place...ㅋㅋ Parking is free! (Bigger cities like Athens, Heraklion, and Chania either don't have parking or charge a fee.)
There's no reason not to come here!

크레타섬으로 오시면 이라클리온보단 하니아로 오시는게 좋습니다! 하니아에 정말 아름답고 좋은 해변이 있는데, 이라클리온에 숙소를 잡으면 너무 거리가 멀어요 ㅠㅠ
그래서 저도 이라클리온에 숙소 잡고서 하니아에 다시 잡았답니다 ;; 하니아 시내는 너무너무 차가 많고 복잡하고, 또 오래된 숙소들이 많은데, 이 곳은 시내까지 차로 10분-15분 정도밖에 안걸리며, 무엇보다 그리스에서 흔치않은! 최신식 시설입니다...! 오히려 살짝 거리가 있어서 조용해서 너무 좋아요 ㅎㅎ 주변에 큰 마트들도 많습니다!
그리고 또 호스트분이 너무 너무 친절하시고 응답이 빠르십니다. 체크인 전에 이 숙소에 대한 정보, 주변 관광지와 마트 음식점 등등 편의시설에 대한 정보도 미리 주십니다. 여행을 이곳저곳 다녀봤지만 이렇게 친절하고 사려깊은 곳은 처음봤습니다...ㅋㅋ 주차도 무료고!(아테네, 헤라클리온, 하니아 이런 큰 도시들은 주차 불가능하거나 주차비 받습니다)

We had an amazing stay at Heliades Residence! The villa was beautiful, modern, and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. The bathrooms included hair dryers, and the bedrooms had extra bedding and house shoes. The smart TVs were an added bonus! The villa offered stunning views from multiple sides, and the large windows allowed for plenty of natural daylight.
The pool was open and clean, even during the winter season. The pool also had lights at the bottom that created a starry effect at night. The owners added many thoughtful touches, such as restaurant suggestions, which we took advantage of and were not disappointed!
The owner was attentive from check-in to check-out, and even accommodated us with a last-minute rebooking due to unexpected changes in our travel plans. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and made our trip stress-free and relaxing! We will definitely return in the summer!

Had a wonderful 2-day stay at this hotel. Everything in the room is pretty much brand new. The kitchen is very well equipped (includes oven, espresso machine etc) and there's a handy washing machine. The pool is lovely, and nice sea views in the distance from my room windows. It's a quiet spot (no noisy roads nor bars etc), short drive into Chania or to a selection of nice beaches. Thanks for a lovely stay!
